This recipe is perfect if you have some beef & veggies that you need to use up.
This is a spicy dish but you can make it more or less spicy.
What you will need:
-Chili garlic sauce (to taste)
-Hot chili sauce (about 10 drops)
-Veggies, what ever you have on hand. Peppers are a must (I'm using celery, carrots, mushrooms & mini peppers)
-Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. (optional)
-Teriyaki sauce 4 Tbsp.
- Step #1Cut beef into bite size pieces and start to cook. Add 2 Tsp. Chili Garlic Sauce, Hot Chili Sauce, Worcestershire & Teriyaki. Cook on medium heat.
Add veggies, stir and cover with foil.
Let simmer on low for 5 min. If it gets a little dry looking add more Teriyaki sauce.
While you're waiting, relax with a glass of wine. AWWW yum!
