3.) Your fitness challenge(s) for the week: 30 min 3 days a week
4.) your food challenges(s) for the week: same as other weeks
5.)how well did it go: OK, I very Happy Because i'm In my Goal Dress. Still want to lose a lot more but still very happy!
6.) failures and slip-ups: i missed 2 of my work outs. gained a little weight back but still losing inches!
7.) weekly challenge wisdom: that as long as i do something to move forward i'm not failing i'm still moving on.
9.) Your self-portrait: The Pink dress was my Goal Dress a Month and a Half ago I could Not even zip it half way now its on!!
