{Food} Garlic & Butter Red Potatoes!

This Side DishGarlic & Butter Red Potatoes

  • 1 1/2 stick Salted Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chives (fresh or dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 8-10 red potatoes
  • 1/4 Shredded parmesan cheese or more according to taste
  1. Wash and Cut Potatoes 4-6 Slices each, Place potatoes in well greased baking dish.
  2. in a microwave safe bowl/cup place 1 stick butter and seasonings. (Not the cheese) Melt butter and mix. 
  3. Pour butter mixture over Potatoes, and toss
  4. Bake covered at 375 F. for 45 min or until fork tender.
  5. sprinkle cheese over potatoes and put back in oven uncovered until cheese is all the way melted.
  6. enjoy!

Total Time: 1 min   Cook time: 50 min   prep time: 5 min
Servings: 4-5

{Food} Homemade Fruit Roll-Up's!

Most kids love Fruit Roll-Up's, I know I did as a kid, Well I still Do!

Homemade Apple Fruit Roll-Up's

What you will Need:
  • 2 Apples
  • 1/4 Cup Water or Apple Juice
  • Sweetener, Honey, Sugar, Splenda or any of your chose (optional)
  • Baking Paper


  1. Cut Apples Thin.
  2. put Apples, Water & Sweetener in sauce pan on heat until water comes to a boil.
  3. Turn Heat down to low and let simmer until apples are soft.
  4. Put apples and any water left into your blender or food processor and puree.
  5. pour out onto lined cookie sheet.
  6. bake 4-6 hrs at 170 F.

  • If apples are not blending well add a little more water or juice.
  • if mix is to thick add a little more water or juice.
  • if you need to leave your house during the cooking, turn off your oven and leave it inside the oven and when you get home turn the oven back on. the same can be done if you r going to bed.
  • if you over cook it or have a dry spot wall cooking add a little water or juice on the spot and cook some more.

Quick & easy, Blueberry Chia Pudding

This pudding is so yummy it's perfect for a fast breakfast. I'm not a big fan of Chia and I really love this pudding. It's Quick and easy.

What you need:
▪️2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries  
▪️6 Tablespoons Chia
▪️ 1/2 tablespoon Vanilla Extract 
▪️1-2 tablespoons Honey, maple Syrup or other kind of sweetener (optional) "I use maple syrup."
▪️ 2 cups almond milk, coconut milk or any other kind you want. "I use regular milk"

What to do:
▪️Blend your blueberries until smooth, in a blender or food processor. 
▪️In a bowl Wisk together Buleberries, Chia, vanilla & Sweetener. Until well combined.
▪️With a spoon Stir in Milk Slowly. Stir until well combined and Chia starts to soften slightly.
▪️put pudding in a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for one hour or overnight (preferably overnight)
